  I was on my way to a dinner gathering and stopped to buy a 12 pack of beer which I thought the prices were pretty good for a smaller store. However, when I got to the nearby event and tried the beer it had a very bad taste, like it was old or wasn't stored properly. I went right back with the rest of the beer and requested a refund, they would not give me a refund or credit or even an exchange. The manager told me that I had to come back on Wednesday when the beer truck was there and request a new 12 pack from the truck guy. Crazy - who can do that during a working day AND it should be the store's responsibility to make the customer happy. Even though I told them that was unacceptable, they did not refund my money. I would consider going somewhere else to buy your beverages.
