I've been there for some months and every time over the phone I was told a price by the hair dresser/owner and, when she provides the service, she charges a higher price, different from the one informed. At some point I had to ask the her to write down the prices on a piece of paper and both of us took a picture of them. There are no prices displayed in the room. At the following visit after she wrote down the prices on the paper, about 1 month later, I was again charged more for the service than she had priced and written down. I asked her to consult the prices on the paper that she wrote down and both of us pictured with our phones, but for my surprise she informed that she did not saved the picture or the paper. I told her that I saved the picture in my phone and I showed it to her. She got upset, because she felt compelled to return the amount that she charged in excess. She said that I always ask how much the service would cost and she does not like to be asked. I don't mind paying for a price that both parties, client and hair dresser, had agreed to pay, but I don't like to feel that someone is taking advantage of me, charging a different and higher price every time that I return. Clients should have the right to ask and know in advance the costs of the service they will pay for, and should not feel embarassed for doing so. Customer service and respect to client are below zero. I strongly do not recommend this place.
