  Can't recommend this bank. We have our mortgage here and tried to do a refi. The loan officer tells us one thing throughout the process and then we get to closing and the paperwork is all wrong after sitting for over an hour. Nobody in the bank was helping and we have never even seen the loan officer in person. I'd suggest using your local bank. If the process wasn't so far along I'd move my loan to another bank in a heartbeat. The loan officer isn't even here for the closing. Sad.
  
  They also called my phone number repeatedly throughout the entire process after being told over and over to contact my wife about everything.

  I was unable to deposit a third party check into my account when i have been able to do this in the past without any issue and to top it off the check is no longer good since it was endorsed over to me. Thanks to the "manager" for being so unhelpful.
