  First time was a great experience! It was challenging but everyone goes at their own pace and focuses on them and the pose of the moment. The instructor was very kind and offered tips to help me after the class, he is very attentive of his students and works to ensure they have a successful session. Facilities were very inviting and tranquil. I cant wait to go back!

  I love the way I feel after a bikram yoga class! I have a very busy lifestyle, so it’s nice to check my stress at the door and enjoy 90 minutes of mind and body detox. The owner is super nice and all the instructors are fantastic!
