  Had an ice-cycle fall from the gutter and break my single pane basement window of my 100 year old house. I removed the window frame and brought it to Glasshopper in Aurora fearing the grand total for replacing the pane would be overpriced since the frame is not perfectly square as it has aged with the house, as well as it is in pretty decrepit condition and is fairly fragile. Glasshopper did not hesitate with the work and it cost under $20 to get it fixed. To boot, my home was on the market and they completed the job in no time! It was really nice to get everything back to "normal" before the next showings. They were very welcoming, friendly and respectful. The best part of it is that they are all real people, not manufactured workers spewed from the corporate machine. I am so happy with the service, I am entertaining the idea of replacing all of my basement single pane windows and some others since the new window pane looks exponentially better than the previous ones. It is also very nice that they make house calls, so I could arrange this without any inconvenience to me. Thanks Glasshopper for doing what you do!
