  Stay away from them and pray you don't get hit by one of their drivers, They will short change your claim and will hide and not answer calls, I dealt with adjuster Alyssa Isenhower and Ryan Freeze both were rude and acted as if I was at fault in the accident (was not I was in a red light their driver rear-ended me) They gave me 60% of the repairs appraised by Gerber and refuse to even answer my calls, I had to call from different numbers several times to finally get a hold of them to have them hang up by saying "you are breaking". They are easily the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Be Warned!!!!

  i am a customer and i am considering in changing insurance they are just ridiculous. they take their time with everything. this isurance is a fraud. they just want your money without helping the customer nor meeting the customer needs as they say they would... i highly dont recommend this insurance company.
