  I went to Macy's this past weekend looking for groomsmen suits for my wedding with my fiancée and maid of honor. I had the pleasure of working with Ed who helped us find what we needed and more. He gave us recommendations for how to get measurements for our groomsmen out of the country. He exceeds Macy's standards for customer service. I am excited to work with Ed again to finalize all our wedding suit/attire needs.

  Had a horrible experience. Woman working in dress sales was very rude. Couldnt find the right size dress and asked her to call other macys to get the right size dress and she didnt call for us and we had to call other stores ourselves to find the right size.
