  Ordered a kid's grilled cheese on white w/Swiss NOT American Cheese. Got two (2) Grilled Cheese on white with SWISS AND AMERICAN. Told them thanks but not thanks. And I repeated again what I wanted. They then gave me SWISS on Broche bread (NOT the same as wanted). Asked for Manager and got full refund.
