  Isaac came over and inspected what I thought to be a vent stack leak above an upstairs bedroom and to my surprise the boot for my vent stack was intact.
  
  Isaac looked into my attic and found evidence of icicle that must have formed during this last winter season due to poor insulation (and a room humidifier in that bedroom) that then melted and formed the water damage to the drywall.
  
  Isaac explained everything to me, gave me his recommendation for upping the insulation to resolve this problem, left me with a quote for my vent stack boot (it is ten years old and I will need one soon) should I need it.
  
  Excellent company, highly recommend and will definitely use them to replace that boot when the time comes!
