  We had been furniture shopping the entire week, before stepping in to Bob's furniture. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful Karen at the door. She showed us around explained in detail and answered any questions we had. We never felt pushed or hurried. We bought a dining table from them, which was not only priced well, but also turned out to be nice quality as well.
  
  Update: So the dining set we bought two months ago, we have just returned it. The table itself was of good quality, but the chairs were a completely other story. I got two chairs replaced within the first month because the joints in the back were cracking. That was not that big of a deal, but just a few weeks later one of the chairs legs broke off while someone was sitting on it and made our guest fall. Now that's a safety hazard. So I spoke to the customer service and explained the situation and they were nice enough to issue a refund.
  
  Besides an over all negative experience with the product, I still had a great customer service experience on all levels, and just because of that I might still reconsider giving their furniture another chance.
  Lowering the stars for product quality.
