  TERRIBLE customer service and management. Refused a return on unworn shoes with a receipt because they had thought I had made a return at their location before. I’ve never made a return at the store before, and also could not understand why anyone would be refused for doing a return in seperate instances. After doing my shoe shopping here for years, I will no longer be giving my business to footlocker. DONT shop here.
