  Worst company and experience EVER! They are rude and dishonest. Caused more problems with our appliance than to start with. I could go on for days about the horrible service. The service manager is no help at all and won't let you speak to the manager or let you speak at all. Said the manager won't believe our story anyway and has no time for us. Real nice considering they could have possibly caused a fire in our machine from the craptastic work they did.

  I called to have my washing machine repaired. I was quoted $75 for the repair on the phone with the owner, Jim. The service man, an 80 yr old, came out and told me there was nothing wrong with the machine. The machine was leaking right in front of him when he said this. He charged me $100 and said there was nothing that he could do for us.
  I contacted Jim, the owner, again and told him that I was displeased with the extra amount charged and the fact that nothing was fixed on my washing machine. Jim called me an f***ing con and told me that he would have me in court. He continued to swear at me for approx. 5 minutes before I hung up. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS (if you want to call it that). Worst customer service I have EVER received.
