  I will never go back to this store. Went here with my friend today to look at shirts for a music festival and i was looking at an off the shoulder shirt and took a sleeve off the hanger to get a better idea of the shape of the shirt and the woman snatched the shirt out of my hand and started yelling at me and accusing me of stealing when that was not even my intention. She then wouldnt let me give her my story or explain myself. I work in retail and if we were to even accuse someone of stealing, let alone yell at them and not let them get a word in, we would be in big trouble with the company. There are ways to handle these situations like constantly asking them if they need any help and usually (in the past) if they are guilty of any theft, they'll eventually they drop the items. I get she was trying to prevent any theft but i genuinely wasnt even considering it and i even told my friend how cheap the shirt was and how i will totally buy it. I've never been so offended and embarrassed in a store and i did not buy the shirt and i will never go back. I hope the woman working there and/or the owners of the company sees this because this was completely unacceptable customer service and i will definitely share this experience with my friends.

  Worst store ever. Me and my gf browsed the store then get accused of stealing items. After proving we didn't have anything that came from that store we where forced to pay for what she accused us of stealing and threatened to call security if we didn't pay.
