  My gf recently drove my car over a parking block, & then nearly tore the bumper off backing off of it. I stopped by Gerber just before close to get an estimate today & they had it fixed in less than 10 mins!

  The repairs took longer than originally estimated and although the parts manufacturers have a role to play in that, Gerber found additional repairs that needed to be made while in the middle of fixing the vehicle even though a full inspection claimed to have been done by both Gerber and the Insurance agent. The additional findings required the Insurance agent to go back and sign off on the extra work that needed to be done. My car looked brand new when everything was completed, however, about five minutes after driving from the shop, the tire indication system comes on and says that the tire pressure needs to be checked. It is clear that inspections are not as thorough as they should be while taking the vehicle to be repaired as well as before the vehicle is given back to the customer.
