  My fiance and I stopped in yesterday looking for a men's wedding band. The sales guy came out and introduced himself right away which is great. But after hearing what my fiance wanted and showing the very limited variations of men's wedding bands they had, he proceeded to call my fiance a "picky one". I'm sorry, should we settle for the poor selection you guys carried to make you feel better? Or should my fiance simply change what he wants on something he'll wear for the rest of his life to please you?

  No Experience!!!!! At first I thought of giving the Manager and staff consideration because they were all new to this location. After I spent an hour and a half in the store waiting for them to find my records of purchases and being told that I didn't purchase the warranties. I took another item in the very next day. I watched the Manager question the integrity of my jewelry as if I did not know what they were doing without an explanation for their actions. Where is the Good customer service ? As a longstanding customer 20 years I will never purchase anything from this branch or refer anyone.
