  This place has great bubble tea, and I’d say it’s the best I’ve ever had! When ever I’m in the fox valley mall I come here. But the reason I’ve given this business 4 stars is because of the staff. They aren’t rude, but every time I’ve been here the staff have all been (I’m assuming) teenagers. They are always on their phones when I walk up to the shop, and seem annoyed when serving customers. They seem like they really don’t want to be there.

  Service is the worst. Order taker sounded miserable. Had a horrible attitude while asking what I wanted. Asked for a fork and got an ugly smirk like it was too much to ask for...
  Drinks are decent. I got the Thai Milk Tea with Tapioca. Chicken dumpling was very dry. I would return just for the bubble tea.
