  I moved from Chicago and needed a new salon. So glad I found this Mena's. The staff is great. Very friendly and accommodating. My hair was very damaged and Lida took control over my hair care needs. His expertise has been invaluable. Over the last 6 months, at Lida's insistence I have begun going natural. Lida, has been tremendously helpful in strengthening and growing my hair. My hair has grown and thickened beyond my expectations. I'll continue coming here. I highly recommend.

  Fast and got me in quick, but compared to other salons the woman who did my hair did an okay job but not worth the price for what I got. My hair came out very dry and she did not know how to flat iron it completely straight and I was not pleased with the end result. I have been to many other salons in the Aurora area and have never had issues getting a simple relaxer and flat ironed straight. This woman seemed like she did not know what she was doing or was new to working in a salon. Looks like I will be going back to my old stylist.
