  My experience with Premier Furniture could not have been better. The manager Brandon and another employee Damin from the Aurora, IL store provided amazing customer service!
  
  In January of 2013, I purchased a sofa and loveseat from the Premier Furniture Outlet in Streamwood, IL. The store closed several years ago and this October, (4-1/2 years after my purchase) I contacted the Aurora store to ask what I could do as the DuraBlend material on both pieces of furniture was cracking and peeling. Brandon requested I email pictures of the furniture and upon receipt, he immediately contacted the manufacturer (in October) and requested a refund. The manufacturer was slow in responding, but Brandon and Damin continued to seek a resolution on my behalf. After numerous contacts to the manufacturer over a 2-1/2 month period, they were finally successful in getting a refund for my furniture. AMAZING customer service!!
  
  I will be returning to Premier Furniture as a VERY satisfied customer to purchase new furniture. Thank you Brandon and Damin.
