  We scheduled 2 times and nobody called or showed up. On the 3rd attempt I called instead of using the internet. Brian called the morning of the repair and gave us a timeframe when he'd be there. He went out of his way to try and make it right. He's a gentleman and a true craftsman of his trade. If not for him, we would have given 1 star. You need more people like him.
