  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DIDNT GIVE ME A REFUND
  
  After three codes and 50 minutes of waiting in a line that only had THREE cars ahead of me, I still DIDN’T GET A CAR WASH. When I went back inside for the FOURTH time and asked for a refund, the cashier couldn’t figure out how to do it. And they couldn’t figure out how to give me a way to lodge a formal complaint, except for to say “call corporate” whatever that means ...!!?
