  We worked with Yesenia at this location and she went above and beyond to help us with our new account (switching from another provider) and phone set up for both of our lines. She even filled out the rebate information for us. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, and worked quickly to get us set up. The group there all seemed to go out of their way to help out everyone in a timely manner. One of the staff members even helped keep our 2-year-old occupied and gave him stickers. We are very happy with our phones, new service, and very grateful for the help and patience of the group there as they walked us through everything quickly.
