  HORRIBLE!
  I only walk in there to pay my bill. Besides that everyone is practically useless. I went in one day I had a couple of questions . No one knew the answers . I wanted to change my PIN for my account and all i got out of them was 'oh I don't know how to do that '..I had called customer care with wanting to change my PIN they said the only way I could was to go to a T-mobile store..

  Ive had nothing but bad experiences at this location. Alexia is a ripoff artist. She will try and get to sign up for a current promotion and the price quote is always wrong...always. She is only interested in her sales goals and will tell you anything to get you to sign up.
