  I drive all the way from Sycamore just to continue seeing Dr. Khaja and his team. It's well worth the drive. The staff is beyond friendly and always seem to remember me well. I always know that I will have a positive experience at Total Health Dental. Keep up the great work!

  I'm so frustrated with these people right now. Called them because I'm in pain and probably need a root canal: can't get into my usual Endo for another two days. Spoke with Josh and he said he could set me up with an "emergency appointment" to "get me out of pain" and so the doctor could look at my tooth. I said I'd rather call around to other local Endos to see if I could get in sooner to get the actual root canal done (this isn't my first "rodeo", and I'm not looking to take Vicodin, etc, for two days; I also know that the pain will continue until the irritated nerve and root material inside the tooth is removed).
  
  Instead of just taking my statement that I'd rather look around, someone from that office has now called me twice in the last ten minutes (without leaving a voicemail). Are you kidding? Do you guys really need the $75 "emergency fee" so badly?
  
  I know this dentist and staff has gotten a majority of good reviews here, so I don't know what the hell just happened, but it was really rude to just call me twice when I'm not even a patient: plus, I received the call 40 minutes after my initial call, then ANOTHER call "back" SIX minutes after the first! Ridiculous!
