  Worst place of business!!!! Pit stains on the shirts and suits did not fit. The owner will not call anyone back and is never in the store. I advise everyone to get suits else where!!! I have no idea how this place is even in business! GO ELSE WHERE PEOPLE!!!

  I went to JP Tuxedo because I am a firm believer to give our businesses to local business vs giant corporations. At the beginning we have a couple hiccups which were fixed before my wedding date. Vic made sure to personally follow the progress of my rentals and updated me as soon as he had news. He was very responsive to every question I had. His recommendations in colors was great, people commented they looked beautiful. He promised 2 free suits based on how many tux's we rented, and he delivered. Fortunately he had my size and was able to take the suits home the same night. My experience overall was satisfactory, he's willing to work with you, I think the fair thing to do is work with him.
